We’re excited to share that the COPE Disaster Series has been translated into Korean, and hopes to be made available to children in the DPRK.

A huge thank you to Professor James Hammond, Birkbeck University and the Mount Paektu Research Centre (MPRC) for hosting a wonderful evening to celebrate this milestone. Guest speakers were volcanologist Professor David Pyle, from The University of Oxford, and Martha Keswick, creator of COPE.

The event brought together government representatives, DRR experts and educators, all committed to building disaster resilience in children worldwide.
