In July, the Hong Kong Jockey Club Disaster Preparedness and Response Institute (HKJCDPRI) held 60 sessions of the “COPE Book Storytelling Programme” for parents, kindergartens, elementary schools and non-profit organizations.

Participating children listened to the stories, learned how to deal with disaster prevention actions and practised earthquakes drills: DROP, COVER and HOLD!

The earthquakes book reached more than 2,000 primary children! We are proud to collaborate with the HKJCDPRI team and get these key Disaster Risk Reduction messages to the children of Hong Kong.
